Reservation and Cancellation Policy - Secure Online Payments
Fishing is one of the most popular activities in Cancun and the surrounding areas.
Our charters generally will fill in advance during the peak seasons. We recommend making your reservation as soon as you know your vacation schedule.
We accept all four major credit cards. Our reservation and payment system runs through paypal, however you do not need to be a member to use it. You will see an option for all four major credit cards as well as the paypal option. The system uses the finest encryption technology to protect your information!
Payment Options
All charters require a reservation and can be held with a full payment or a minimum deposit of 20%. If you choose to hold your charter with just a deposit, you will need to confirm your trip by phone the day you arrive to Cancun. The remaining balance of the charter must then be paid "In Cash" at the dock the morning of the trip!
Your Reservation
Once we receive your reservation, we will set your charter date and email you your confirmation for your service, a map of the Cancun Hotel Zone for the Cancun trips, and all the other information you will need.

Cancellation Policy
100% refund on full payment or deposit for charters cancelled due to weather! (If a charter is cancelled due to weather, you'll have the choice to reschedule or a refund)
100% refund on full payment or deposit for cancellations made at least 24hrs before the date of the charter! (10% cancellation fee may apply)
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the charter or no shows will forfeit their deposit or payment with the possibility to reschedule the charter for another day if there is availability.
